pkpk678 FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions in Full

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is important because it protects the security of your account and your funds. At pkpk678, it helps prevent your personal information from being misused, guards against money laundering, and stops unauthorized people from accessing your account. This process is essential for every player.

Your submission may be rejected if the photo is unclear or the document information is incomplete. If this happens — take a new, clear photo and resubmit. If the issue still cannot be resolved, contact pkpk678's 24/7 Live Chat for direct assistance from our team. Support is available in Burmese.

At pkpk678, withdrawals can only be sent to a wallet (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay) registered in the player's own name. If the account name and wallet name do not match, your withdrawal may be restricted. This is why it is important to make sure your wallet registered name matches during KYC. If you have an issue, please contact customer support.

For KYC at pkpk678, you can submit either a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC) or a Passport. The photo must be clear and sharp, with your face and NRC number clearly visible. Please submit a photo taken in good lighting — not at night.

For large withdrawal amounts, KYC must be fully completed before the withdrawal can be processed. pkpk678 recommends completing KYC as soon as you start playing so there are no delays when you want to withdraw. Having it done in advance means you can withdraw smoothly at any time.

Players can voluntarily set deposit limits, session time limits, a Cooling-Off period (temporary break), or Self-Exclusion (longer-term restriction). These tools are designed to help players stay in control of their gambling. You can choose your limits through pkpk678's 24/7 Live Chat.

Cooling-Off allows a player to take a temporary break for a few days to several weeks. Self-Exclusion is a longer restriction — from 30 days to over 6 months — during which your account cannot be reopened until the period ends. Since you cannot reverse Self-Exclusion early, think it through carefully before choosing it.

pkpk678 provides its services to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account, deposit, or play. Date of birth is also verified during KYC checks. We strictly require that you are 21 or older before gambling responsibly.

Watch for these warning signs — if you are chasing losses by continuing to play, if you are spending all available money on gambling, or if gambling is affecting your family or work — if you are facing any of these, apply Self-Exclusion immediately and reach out to pkpk678 Live Chat for support from a trained team member. You can also read the platform's responsible gambling policy.

If you are experiencing gambling problems, pkpk678's 24/7 Live Chat has staff who can help you set personal limits. For outside help, you can find information on our dedicated responsible gambling policy page. Your health and wellbeing always come before gambling.

Live Casino means you can watch and play in real time as real dealers deal cards and spin the ball, streamed live via video. pkpk678 Casino offers Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other live games. The difference from computer-generated games is that you get the human element and a genuine feel.

Yes — pkpk678's Live Casino works on both Android and iOS phones through any decent web browser. You don't need to download a separate app; just log in to pkpk678 and go to the Live Casino section. With a good data connection, the stream will always run smoothly.

Baccarat is one of the most popular card games in the casino. There are two sides — Player and Banker — and you bet on which side will get a total closer to 9. Each card's value is added up and only the last digit counts. The side that reaches 9 wins. There is also a third option, Tie.

In Roulette, the dealer spins a ball and you bet on which number it will land on. You can bet on a single number, a group of numbers, red/black, or odd/even. pkpk678's Live Casino games don't have a demo mode before you play, but you can read the rules on the pkpk678 Casino page and start with low bets to get a feel for it.

Dragon Tiger is a simpler card game than Baccarat. There are two sides — Dragon and Tiger — and each side receives only one card. The side with the higher card wins. Because the rules are so straightforward, it's one of the most popular choices among players new to casino games.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards. The side whose 3-card total is divisible by ten, or whose all three cards are a multiple of ten (Shan), wins. At pkpk678 you can play Shan Koe Mee with a live online dealer, and when you enter the game you can view the Game Rules for guidance.

pkpk678's website is fully responsive on mobile, so you can play directly from your browser without installing an app. The layout fits your screen size, so you can enjoy Shan Koe Mee, Dragon Tiger, and Baccarat comfortably. With a good Wi-Fi or data connection, the stream will run smoothly.

2D lottery results are drawn on set days through a scheduled announcement process. When you play 2D at pkpk678, the results are announced on the platform in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). pkpk678 does not endorse or recommend picking numbers based on relatives' suggestions or numerology advisors — the decision is entirely the player's own.

In the 2D lottery you guess 2 digits, while in the 3D lottery you guess 3 digits, so the prizes are larger. In 3D, matching all 3 digits wins the big prize, and matching only 2 digits can still win a smaller prize — the prize structure differs accordingly. You can read the full details on how results are drawn on pkpk678's 3D lottery page.

pkpk678 does not give direct advice on which numbers to pick. The decision on numbers is entirely the player's own and depends on luck. We always encourage players to set a spending limit, as chasing numbers and gambling can lead to financial loss.

The minimum withdrawal at pkpk678 is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed. Your withdrawal wallet is also checked against your deposit wallet, so withdrawals can only be made to a wallet registered in your own name.

pkpk678 withdrawal processing normally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Whichever wallet you use — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay — funds should arrive within this time. If your account verification is taking longer than expected, contact a staff member via Live Chat.

Under pkpk678 policy, withdrawals can only be sent to a KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay wallet registered in your own name. Transfers to a third party's wallet are not allowed. This policy is also in place to protect the player.

To withdraw funds received through the pkpk678 welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and must wager 200,000 Ks before withdrawal. You can check your bonus progress by logging into pkpk678 and viewing your Account Dashboard.

Yes — pkpk678 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay for both deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal is 30,000 Ks, so there is a difference in the minimum amounts. As long as you have at least one of these three wallets registered in your own name, your transfers will go through smoothly.
